The catch? January is also your busiest month.
Nobody has time to plan, film and edit content while the diary's full.

From first chat to
January-ready
Six simple steps, and the clock's ticking.
Book your shoot by Friday 27 November, film by Friday 4 December, and your videos will land 2-3 weeks later, ready for January.
Book a content call. It's free. We'll talk about your business and your goals, and check this is the right fit for you.
Secure your spot. Pay a 50% deposit and pick your shoot day. We need at least a week's notice before filming.
Plan your content. We work out exactly what we're filming together, so there are no surprises on the day.
Shoot day. A relaxed half or full day at your venue. We'll guide you through everything, so there's no need to be a natural on camera.
Review your videos. Your edited, captioned videos arrive via Dropbox 2-3 weeks after the shoot. You get one round of changes.
Go live. Pay the remaining 50% and download everything, along with guidance on your post captions. Then you're ready for January.

Life and business coach Freeha Ahmed felt awkward on camera and was posting inconsistently. The videos we've made together have now reached more than 340,000 views.
The brief: Freeha Ahmed, a life and business coach, wanted to reach more of the right people online and build trust before they ever got in touch. She knew how powerful social media could be, but she felt awkward on camera and her posting had become inconsistent. She needed a way to show up regularly, as herself, without it feeling like a performance.
What we made: A bank of to-camera videos and short-form clips filmed in batch shoot days, ready to post across her TikTok and Instagram channels.
The result: Her videos have reached more than 340,000 views, a fully booked diary, a rise in book sales, and invitations onto industry podcasts.

We usually film at your facilities or usual place of work. At your gym, studio, clinic or club, anywhere in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire.

Not at all, and you're definitely not alone. We keep things relaxed and conversational, and we'll guide you through every take. Most people relax far quicker than they expect.

Come to the content call with your goals and any ideas, then turn up on the day. If any of your clients or members will appear on camera, just make sure they're happy to be filmed.

2-3 weeks after your shoot, via Dropbox, so they're ready for January.

50% when you book your shoot day, and 50% once you're happy with your videos. Then they're yours to download.
